A Novel About Racing Horseless Carriages and Speedsters in Indiana in 1906
Sean Magrath has just graduated from high school in Territorial Oklahoma in 1906. He wants to attend college and study mechanical engineering. His staunch Scottish father wants him to study agriculture and homestead the adjacent plot of land. After promising to help with the summer wheat harvest, the father and son get into a loud argument.
